We are no longer signing up groups or individuals thru email. Due to the overwhelming reponse of volunteers and many of the days left are full, please call the warehouse at 247-2682 to see what is still available. 

All wrapping should be completed by end of day Sunday, there may be last minute wrapping on Monday December 15, the rest of the week will be making food boxes, getting toy boxes in order and loading trucks for delivery.


Brown Santa will start signing up volunteers the first of November, you can call 247-2682 or you can email at:    Volunteer@brownsanta.org.

Brown Santa will need help wrapping presents, sorting food, making food boxes and loading our trucks for delivery. Loading of the trucks will be on Thursday December 18 from 2pm until done, and also loading on Friday December 19, after 5pm until done, we need adults for this task. If you can help us call 247-2682. 


Information volunteers will need to know:

Individual volunteers may drop in at their convenience during hours of operation. Space is limited so groups of 4 or more will to call or email in advance to reserve a date/time. Due to the large number of volunteers, we will sign up groups for a maximum of 2 hour increments. This is to better give opportunity to all those that want to volunteer a date/time slot. If you are scheduled a time slot and are unable to make it, please contact Brown Santa as soon as possible.

An adult must accompany all children under age of 16. A group of  children under the age of 12 will need to have 1 adult per 3 children. Children in age from 12-16 will need 1 adult per 5 children. If children can not drive and provide their own transportation, an adult must accompany them.

The location for Brown Santa is usually a "warehouse" type setting and appropriate clothing must be worn. Enclosed shoes must be worn (no sandals or high heels), bring a jacket or sweater, it may be colder in a warehouse situation than it is cold outside. The buildings donated do not always have heat and air, so dress appropriately.

Directions:  From IH 35 go West on Grand Avenue down to Bratton Lane, go left on Bratton, down to Long Vista, the building  sits on the corner of Long Vista and Bratton, follow the Brown Santa signs.
